Experienced Community Managers Enforce Covenents

Each community is managed exclusively managed by a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) who ensures that associations are adhering to the Florida Statutes that govern that particular entity, whether it is a condominium (F.S. 718) or a homeowners association (F.S. 720). Palm Beach Property Management only hires managers with at least five years experience so each community is handled responsibly by professionals, who have extensive knowledge in dealing with government agencies (i.e., zoning or health departments, code-enforcement), foreclosures and receiverships.
